We offer true, real, historical information about Ft Collins- supported by Historian, Suzy, who has done 100's of hours of research on Ft Collins. We will never tell you a location was something it was not in order to add more drama to our tour. The Ghost-whisperer, Grace, offers matter-of-fact information about the nonphysical world to educate. She speaks with the ghosts on the tour route, but will not manufacture information/ghosts to make a better sell. We have 2 different tour routes. Guests are encouraged to bring cameras, EMF detectors, etc, to get photos of orbs, mists and sometimes even figures! $10.00 per person or $35.00 for groups of four. Cash only please. Tours are Saturdays at 7:30p and are about 1.5 hrs and are a flat walk. We do tours year-round and don't cancel tours because of weather.
